sooooo once again long time since I have blogged. But not a whole lot has been going on. Well maybe some stuff. I had my birthday on April 8th. It was a nice day. My work got me a new purse(which i really really needed) so I loved it, and a gift card to Red Lobster. Yummy. Matt got me a really pretty necklace. He does such a good job and picking things out for me. I have not taken it off since he got it for me.
Some friends and I went out on Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. Matt stayed home with Ruger for a guys night. I had lots of fun hangin out with my friends.
Also this past few Ruger got his 4 months shots. He did really well with them. He has been a little fussy but not as bad as he good have been. He also now weighs 15lbs and is 25 inches long. I wish he could stop growing up. It is going by way to fast.
So for Easter we went to my parents house. It was a nice day. We had dinner and Ruger got some books and some stuffed aniamls. My mom got him a rebbit that sings and hops. It is so dang cute I even brought it to work so people could see it.
So that is what has been going on.
I have to get ready for Matts Birthday this Sunday. I already got him a big fuzzy blanket he has wanted forever. I will probably take him out to a nice dinner also.
So hopefully it doesn't take me as long to blog next time

It has been awhile since I have posted. So Ruger has found his voice and he jibber jabbers all the time now. It is so dang cute. It seams like he is always smiling. I am so lucky to have such a great happy little boy. He is also a daddys boy. Matt can get him to smile all the time and jibber to him. When I try I am not so lucky. He smiles but doesn't talk to me as much. But that is ok.
Last weekend we tried to go to Utah to see Matts family and to see my aunt and uncle. I can say it takes a lot more time to get a car packed when there is a baby involved. So we head out about 4p.m. Matt, Ruger, Tim(matts younger brother) and I. We start heading down the freeway and my car starts jugging. We go farther and it gets worse. So I call my dad. I have to turn around and come home. We were so bummed out. Matt sister has not seen Ruger yet and either have my aunt and unlce. So we are going to try again next weekend. My car has been fixed so there should be no issue there (fingers crossed). So we will load up and try it again. I am so excited to show off my cute little boy.

So today Ruger had his two month app. He weighs 12.5lbs and 23 inches long. It seems like yesterday he was only 7.4lbs He had to get his shots today so he is not to much of a happy camper. It was sad to leave him to go to work today when I knew that he was not happy. So I will just have to love on him more when I get home from work today. And tomorrow since I have a day off from work. But I have a big project to do tomorrow. I have to clean out my car. I am the DD for my work on saturday. We sign up for a fundraiser where we go to 18 different places in town and play a hole of golf. It is really fun, but the places we go are to the bars. It is all for a good cause. I played last year and it was a blast.

Well so Ruger had his first bite of rice cereal the other day. I thought he wouldn't like it very well. I was so wrong on that. He LOVES it. He gets a big old smile when we feed it to him. I just love the little turkey to death. I can't believe he is 2 months now. It seems like yesterday I was making trips to the hospital to see him in the NICU.

So this weekend Ruger and I went to stay at my mom and dads this weekend. This was Ruger first night away from home and dad. Ruger was a good little baby, like usual. Matt on the other hand missed us the whole time we were gone. He loved on him the minute Ruger was in his arms. He is a proud daddy of his little boy.
Ruger is a really good baby all the time. He loves to be able to look around.

Well I have no idea how to really blog so I am going to try this out.
Well I might as well start by saying that I am happy to be a new mom. I had Ruger Alma Baker on Dec. 11 at 11:36p.m. He weighed 7lbs 4oz. and was 20in and 3/4 long. He is so cute. But he was in the NICU for a week. Poor little guy. He had a infection in his litle body somewhere and they couldn't find where. The doctors even did a spinal tap on him. But he is a lot better now. Even got weighed 10lbs and 4 oz. today. He is getting to be my chunky monkey.
