So it has only been a couple weeks since I have blogged last. So I am getting better at this. Well Ruger is still growing like a weed. He is getting so big. And I am every minute with him. He crawls up to the couch or chairs or whatever and walks around that way. He is so proud of himself. I have let him play with a coke can for the last couple weeks and I was looking at it and thinking there was alot of dents in it and not even five minutes later ruger dropped it and it explodes everywhere. But I was laughing so hard cause Rugers face was priceless. He didnt know what to think. He was on the move for me to pick him up cause he didn't have a clue what was going on. Matt and I just laughed. We did get it all cleaned up. And Ruger was just fine. It just scared him a little.
He also has got a tooth and another one thinking about coming in. He rubs his tongue over his little tooth a lot.

Soooooooooooooo once again, I am behind on my blog. I am bad at keeping it updated. But not much has really been going on. Ruger has been crawling for a month now and now pulling himself up and getting around that way. He hates being told no. His little lip goes out and his eyes start to water and then the crying starts. You think we had chopped of his toe or something. He says mama all the time and not dada anymore. It makes matt kind of sad I think, but ruger is a daddys boy all the way though. Even if he doesnt say dada at all.
Well not much else to report for now.

Ok so I am bad at keeping up a blog. So for the fourth matt, ruger and I loaded up after I got off work and headed to his family's house in Ogden. We got there late friday night. On saturday matt went and got his sister and little girl. She is such a cutie. And we enjoyed the fourth. So it was a good weekend. But now the stress begins. And I am going to vent a little
Matts sisters husband is in jail for 120 days cause of some warrents that he never took care of. Serves him right I think And now his sister also had warrents so she spent a night in jail while matts dad and step mom took care of the little girl. Well she had a court day this week and might have to go to jail herself. So there is a chance that I might inherit a two year old for the summer. I dont think it is to likely but a small chance. I keep thinking to myself that if they would have taken care of the tickets and DUI at the time it all happened then none of this would be going on. And his sister is also pregnant. So she would be in jail pregnant. I just hope she gets her act together and pulls her head out and become the mom her kids need to be.
I am sorry to go off like that but it is true. I hope no one gets mad at this.
But on a good note. My little boy is getting bigger and bigger. He has not started to crawl yet but loves trying to stand. When he does start to crawl it wont be long that he does. My little boy is growing up way to fast. And I LOVE him to pieces.
While at matts family Ruger got to play in the little blow up pool. He didnt' know what to think at first but ended up loving it. he was mad when he had to get out. My kid loves the water.
And surprise he loved the fire works. I thought he would cry cause matts dad likes loud ones and fire crackers but Ruger LOVED them He actually was getting mad when none where going off. (Just like his daddy lol)
So it was a good weekend but I hope my stress goes away and that I am worried for nothing.

So it is a very sad day today. A friend of mine was beat on Sunday night in a parking lot. They believe it was a tire iron. He was taken off life support today and passed a few minutes later. It is so sad that peole can be so cruel. He was a bouncer at a local bar and these men were very disruptive and mean and knocking this off like the cash register, and were asked to leave. They waited until he did his check around the building and they attacked him. How cruel. Loren was such a sweet man. He always had a smile and laughed. He would always walk women to their cars at night or even in the evening. I can not believe that when I walk into Duffys he will not be sitting in his corner watching and drinking his bud light. I hope they get the men who did this and that they get the book thrown at them and then rot in hell.

Well Ruger has his 6 month app. today even though he is not 6 months yet. But he weighs 17 lbs and is 26 inches long. He is getting bigger every day. He has to go in next month for his hearing tests again. When a baby in the ICU has been on antibitics they say they need a hearing test at 6 months. And he failed the left ear when he was in ICU, but that was because he had been poked and poked and didn't want anybody messing with him anymore. They couldn't get the test thing in his ear. That is why he failed. The doctor today said he was responding well in both ears. So that is a relief to hear from her.
We had a good memorial weekend. We went fishing on Saturday then to my parents, stayed the night and came home on Sunday. It was a nice visit, and I can't believe I got Matt to stay overnight at my parents. Sometimes it is a struggle to get him to go to Grace at all let alone overnight. Then I had to work on monday, but it is ok, I get paid time and a half which will be nice.
Oh I also for the very first time, got a fishing licence. So I am a legal fisherman. Matt is into fishing lately and it something fun we can do together and since Ruger loves to be outside he just has a time of his life when he is with us fishing. I am going to get him a little fisherman hat. I think he would look so cute in it.

Well since it has been forever since I have posted I have decided that I really need to do it. It has been the same at my house. Ruger is still growing like a little weed. He loves food. He eats everything we give him. It is so cute to see his face with new stuff.

On mothers day weekend matts dad and step mom came for the weekend. His sep mom family lives here and so they stay with us and go see family. It was a good weekend.

Matt had a hard time with mothers day this year. One year ago mothers day was the last time he saw his mom alive. So it is a hard day. I know he misses her and wishes that she could have been here to see Ruger.

This week I have gotten a cold. It is so not fun. I am hoping that I don't have it for to long and that Ruger doesn't get it. I thought he had a ear infection and took him to the doctor and it wasn't. He is usually such a happy baby he just has been so grouchy. I hope he gets back to his happy little self.

sooooo once again long time since I have blogged. But not a whole lot has been going on. Well maybe some stuff. I had my birthday on April 8th. It was a nice day. My work got me a new purse(which i really really needed) so I loved it, and a gift card to Red Lobster. Yummy. Matt got me a really pretty necklace. He does such a good job and picking things out for me. I have not taken it off since he got it for me.
Some friends and I went out on Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. Matt stayed home with Ruger for a guys night. I had lots of fun hangin out with my friends.
Also this past few Ruger got his 4 months shots. He did really well with them. He has been a little fussy but not as bad as he good have been. He also now weighs 15lbs and is 25 inches long. I wish he could stop growing up. It is going by way to fast.
So for Easter we went to my parents house. It was a nice day. We had dinner and Ruger got some books and some stuffed aniamls. My mom got him a rebbit that sings and hops. It is so dang cute I even brought it to work so people could see it.
So that is what has been going on.
I have to get ready for Matts Birthday this Sunday. I already got him a big fuzzy blanket he has wanted forever. I will probably take him out to a nice dinner also.
So hopefully it doesn't take me as long to blog next time

It has been awhile since I have posted. So Ruger has found his voice and he jibber jabbers all the time now. It is so dang cute. It seams like he is always smiling. I am so lucky to have such a great happy little boy. He is also a daddys boy. Matt can get him to smile all the time and jibber to him. When I try I am not so lucky. He smiles but doesn't talk to me as much. But that is ok.
Last weekend we tried to go to Utah to see Matts family and to see my aunt and uncle. I can say it takes a lot more time to get a car packed when there is a baby involved. So we head out about 4p.m. Matt, Ruger, Tim(matts younger brother) and I. We start heading down the freeway and my car starts jugging. We go farther and it gets worse. So I call my dad. I have to turn around and come home. We were so bummed out. Matt sister has not seen Ruger yet and either have my aunt and unlce. So we are going to try again next weekend. My car has been fixed so there should be no issue there (fingers crossed). So we will load up and try it again. I am so excited to show off my cute little boy.

So today Ruger had his two month app. He weighs 12.5lbs and 23 inches long. It seems like yesterday he was only 7.4lbs He had to get his shots today so he is not to much of a happy camper. It was sad to leave him to go to work today when I knew that he was not happy. So I will just have to love on him more when I get home from work today. And tomorrow since I have a day off from work. But I have a big project to do tomorrow. I have to clean out my car. I am the DD for my work on saturday. We sign up for a fundraiser where we go to 18 different places in town and play a hole of golf. It is really fun, but the places we go are to the bars. It is all for a good cause. I played last year and it was a blast.

Well so Ruger had his first bite of rice cereal the other day. I thought he wouldn't like it very well. I was so wrong on that. He LOVES it. He gets a big old smile when we feed it to him. I just love the little turkey to death. I can't believe he is 2 months now. It seems like yesterday I was making trips to the hospital to see him in the NICU.

So this weekend Ruger and I went to stay at my mom and dads this weekend. This was Ruger first night away from home and dad. Ruger was a good little baby, like usual. Matt on the other hand missed us the whole time we were gone. He loved on him the minute Ruger was in his arms. He is a proud daddy of his little boy.
Ruger is a really good baby all the time. He loves to be able to look around.

Well I have no idea how to really blog so I am going to try this out.
Well I might as well start by saying that I am happy to be a new mom. I had Ruger Alma Baker on Dec. 11 at 11:36p.m. He weighed 7lbs 4oz. and was 20in and 3/4 long. He is so cute. But he was in the NICU for a week. Poor little guy. He had a infection in his litle body somewhere and they couldn't find where. The doctors even did a spinal tap on him. But he is a lot better now. Even got weighed 10lbs and 4 oz. today. He is getting to be my chunky monkey.
